Dr. Dalton Kehoe: A Short Biography
Dr. Dalton Kehoe has been a teacher, organizational change practitioner and communications consultant for over 40 years. He recently retired from York University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada after a 41-year career. He is now Senior Scholar of Communication Studies and continues to teach three online courses on interpersonal and organizational communication. He is also President of Communicate for Life, Ltd. a firm dedicated to helping people to improve their workplace communication skills.
Routinely voted one of the top teachers at York, and chosen by the province’s educational television network as one of the best lecturers in the province, Dalton Kehoe is a dynamic business speaker. He is also a top-rated instructor in the Executive Education Center at the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he trains executives from leading companies.
The Great Courses Company of Chantilly, Virginia released his DVD lecture series called Effective Communication Skills in 2011. Their most successful new release that year, the course continues to be a top seller, with mentions in a wide variety of publications including The Economist, The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
An expert on communication at the interpersonal and organizational levels, Kehoe is an academic by training and a consultant by practice. He has the rare ability to translate his research into practical and successful applications for business people.
